I have heard good reviews on Platform Realty and decided to pick them to rent out my first property. Philip has never failed to impress me. He's friendly and very approachable.
It is very challenging to rent out off the plan apartments. He arranged the inspection the same day he collected the key. Even so, there are 5 different agents waiting at the lobby for the same time slot and about 100 other similar units available in that suburb.
I received the good news from Philip in the next couple of days saying my apartment has been rented! My unit is one of the earliest to be tenanted in the whole building.
